Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend til smooth. 

Sweet your diced onion in olive oil until softened, about 2-3 minutes. 

Add the ground turkey, spices, and pinto beans and cook for 15-20 min, until cooked through. 

Assemble the greens! I like romaine and shredded cabbage for extra crunch. 

Top the greens with all the chopped veggies, seasoned meat, and toppings you like!
