Sesame-Ginger Meatballs

Sesame-ginger meatballs are the perfect one-pot weeknight meal. A mix of ground chicken and pork make these meatballs extra flavorful. The sesame-ginger sauce is perfect for the meatballs.

Mix all the meatball ingredients together by hand. Don't over mix!

Portion out the meatballs and broil on a sheet tray for 8 minutes until brown.

While the meatballs cook, simmer all the sauce ingredients in a nonstick skillet until very thick.

Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Toss the meatballs in the sauce so that they are well coated and cooked all the way through. 


Serve over steamed rice with fresh herbs, sliced cucumbers, and some steamed veggies for a balanced meal.
