- Flour - Active Dry Yeast - Salt - Water - Olive Oil - Pizza Sauce - Cheese - Pepperoni - Cooked Italian Sausage
Easy Skillet Pan pizza
1. Make the dough
Combine flour, yeast, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add water and olive oil and mix until the dough is smooth, about 3-5 min. Transfer to a greased container and let rise for 6-8 hours.
2. Add Dough to Skillet
Generously drizzle olive oil in a 13" cast iron skillet. Add the dough and toss to coat.
3. Stretch Dough
Use your fingers to gently stretch the pizza dough to the edges of the skillet. If it springs back, wait 5 minutes and try again.
4. Add sauce and cheese

5. Top and Bake
Top the pizza with your favorite toppings! I love pepperoni and sausage, but the sky is the limit here.
