This easy greek chicken gyros recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight. Tender marinated chicken with tzatziki, chopped veggies, and feta all wrapped in warm pita bread.

Whisk together all the marinade ingredients in a bowl until smooth. 

Add the chicken and toss well. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 min.

Stir together all the ingredients for the tzatziki until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. 

Grill the chicken for 4-5 min per side until charred on the outside and cooked through. 

Assemble the gyros in warm pita with the tzatziki sauce, lettuce, veggies, and feta. 

Done!
