Step 1

Char the aromatics. Use a skillet or broiler to char the onion and ginger which helps build flavor in the broth. 

Step 2

Make the broth. Combine store bought chicken broth with the charred aromatics and chicken wings in a stock pot and simmer for 1 hour. 

Step 3

Grill the chicken.  Marinate the chicken for one hour and grill until cooked through. Set aside to rest and then slice before serving. 

Step 4

Gather the toppings. Toppings are the best! For our pho we're using onion, scallions, cilantro, fresh herbs, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. 

Step 5

Assemble the pho. Divide noodles between the bowls, top with aromatics and grilled chicken, and ladle the broth on top. Top with herbs and bean sprouts.
