Step 1
Char the aromatics.
Use a skillet or broiler to char the onion and ginger which helps build flavor in the broth.

Make the broth.
Combine store bought chicken broth with the charred aromatics and chicken wings in a stock pot and simmer for 1 hour.

Marinate the chicken for one hour and grill until cooked through. Set aside to rest and then slice before serving.
