1. Char poblano peppers over a flame or broil until blistered.

2. Place the peppers in a bag to steam or in a mixing bowl covered with plastic wrap.

3. Once cool, peel and dice the peppers. 

4. Sauté the peppers, onion, and jalapeño until soft. Add the cream cheese and stir well.

5. Add shredded chicken, beans, and corn and stir well so that the cream cheese coats everything. 

6. Add the broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes, until thickened. 

Done!

Ladle the chili into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings!
