Step 1

Fry wontons.  Cut wonton wrappers in half and fry until golden brown. Click link for frying and baking instructions. 

Step 2

Mix avocado layer. Dice and lightly mash an avocado. Mix in mayo, wasabi, lime, salt and pepper. 

Step 3

Dice and mix tuna.  Dice tuna into small pieces and mix with soy and other ingredients until well-combined. 

Step 4

Assemble.  Use a ring mold and press the avocado in the bottom. Add the tuna and press to pack in. Top with sliced cucumber. 

Step 5

Serve.  Drizzle with ponzu sauce, top with sesame seeds, and serve with wonton chips.
