Ingredients

Step 1

Season the steaks with salt and white pepper and drizzle with soy and fish sauce. Marinate 30 minutes. 

Step 2

Whisk together all the ingredients for the Thai dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Step 3

Pull the lettuce leaves off the heads and rinse them with cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels. 

Step 4

Toss the veggies and herbs together with some of the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Grill or sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness.
