Step 1

Use a box grater to shred all the cheese and mix them together so they're well combined. 

Step 2

Whisk together the eggs and evaporated milk til smooth. Then whisk in the cream and spices. 

Step 3

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. 

Step 4

Immediately mix the still-hot pasta with some of the cheese and half of the milk mixture. 

Step 5

Layer the pasta and shredded cheese in a baking dish with the rest of the cream mix. 

Step 6

Bake until the cheese is bubbly and browned, top with the crispy onions and bake for 5 minutes more.
