Step 1
Roast the garlic.
Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with oil and salt, wrap in foil, and roast until golden brown and soft.

Boil the potatoes.
Peel and cut the potatoes into 2" chunks and boil in salted water until tender and able to be pierced with a fork.

Add the cream.
Melt butter in a small saucepan and once it's almost browned, add the sage leaves. Set aside.
