Step 1

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl until well-mixed.

Step 2

Tie the pork tenderloins together and cover with the marinade. Reserve a bit for the potatoes and brussels. 

Step 3

Sear the pork in a hot skillet or braiser until browned all over. Remove and transfer to a plate. 

Step 4

Toss potatoes in reserved marinade and roast for 10 minutes. Add the brussels and top with the pork and return to the oven. 

Step 5

Remove the pork from the oven and rest before slicing. Serve with the potatoes and brussels.
