An easy guide to serving a traditional raclette dinner!

Step 1

Slice the cheese.  Remove the rind and slice the cheese into 1/2 inch slices. This can be done in advance.   

Step 2

Prep meats. Arrange various charcuterie and cured meats on a plate. Grill sausages until cooked all the way through.

Step 3

Prep the cheese.  Arrange the slices of cheese in a cast iron skillet and top with thyme leaves and a bit of white wine.  

Step 4

Melt cheese.  Place the skillet in the oven under the broiler until bubbly and melted.  

Step 5

Serve. Arrange meats, potatoes, bread and cornichons on plates and pour the melted cheese over the top. Serve immediately.
