Perfect Mashed Potatoes

These are truly the best mashed potatoes ever!

Yukon Gold Potatoes Butter Garlic Horseradish Cream Sour Cream Chives Dijon mustard Salt & Pepper

Cook Time: 25 min

Ingredients

Step 1

Boil the potatoes. Peel and cut the potatoes into 2" chunks and boil in salted water until tender and able to be pierced with a fork.

Step 2

Drain. Drain the potatoes and return them to the hot pot they were boiled in. 

Step 3

Drain Potatoes.  Add the sour cream and dijon to the pot with salt and pepper and lightly mash the potatoes.  

Step 4

Mash.  Whip or mash the potatoes using whatever method you prefer. Add warmed cream, butter and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
