Instant Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches

1. Choose the Right Meat

Beef chuck is the most economical but you could also use brisket, sirloin, or shoulder. Choose something with good fat marbling. 

2. Brown the Beef

Season the beef all over with salt and pepper. Set your Instant Pot to 'saute' and brown the meat on all sides.

3. Add the Veggies

Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, whole pepperoncini peppers and juice, worcestershire, and beef broth and set to 'pressure cook' for 1 hour.

4. Cook til' Tender

Let your Instant Pot naturally release and then shred the beef and season to taste with salt and pepper. 

5. Assemble!

Layer the shredded beef and provolone cheese in hoagie rolls. Brush the rolls with garlic butter and warm in the oven until the cheese is melted. Top with peppers and giardiniera. 


Serve with leftover braising juice on the side for extra flavor!
