Honey Pumpkin Dinner Rolls


Honey pumpkin dinner rolls are an easy twist on the classic dinner roll recipe. They're perfectly fluffy and perfect any time of the year.

1. Combine Ingredients

Combine water milk, honey, and yeast in the bowl of a mixer. Once the yeast is foamy, add the remaining ingredients. 

2. Mix the Dough

Using the dough hook, mix on medium speed until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover and let the dough rise until it's doubled in size. 

3. Shape the Rolls

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape into balls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and loosely cover with plastic for 30 min. 

4. Top and Bake

Once the rolls are touching, brush them with egg wash and top with pumpkin seeds and flaky salt. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden, at 375 F.
