Step 1

Mix together the marinade ingredients and toss with the chicken. Marinate for at least 2 hours. 

Step 2

Whisk together the ingredients for the harissa vinaigrette, or blend together in a small jar. 

Step 3

Cook the chicken until done, Grilling is my favorite method, but you can pan fry or bake. 

Step 4

Saute the corn in butter until well browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 5

Assemble the bowls with chicken, rice, veggies, salad and drizzle with harissa vinaigrette.
