Ingredients

Step 1

Brown the ham.  Heat oil and sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ham and cook until browned. 

Step 2

Add the veggies.  Add the diced onion, carrot, and the white/light green parts of the. green onion. Cook until soft.

Step 3

Cook the rice and eggs.  Add the rice and cook. Then, scoot the rice over and cook the eggs. Incorporate the egg back in. 

Step 4

Finish the fried rice.  Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 2-3 min. Season to taste and add the green onion tops.
