1. Cut your salmon into 1 inch pieces.

2. Toss the salmon with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and olive oil. 

3. Thread the salmon onto skewers with thin slices of lemon.

4. Grill the salmon skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

5. Combine yogurt, avocado, jalapeño, lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food process and blend until smooth.

Done!

Serve the grilled salmon skewers with the creamy cilantro sauce immediately.
