Step 1

Season the ribeye liberally with salt and pepper several hours before cooking and leave in the fridge uncovered. 

Step 2

Bring to room temperature and grill using zone cooking. Follow the link for all my grilling tips!

Step 3

After the steak is done, toss peppers with olive oil and salt/pepper and grill til blistered.

Step 4

Chop the shishito peppers finely and mix with the remaining ingredients. 

Step 5

Let the steak rest, then slice and top with the fresh shishito salsa.
