Step 1

Remove the pork tenderloins from the package and pat dry. Trim away any silver skin or connective tissue. 

Step 2

Mix the marinade together and pour over the pork in a ziplock bag. Marinate at least 2 hours. 

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients together for the chimichurri. Make at least 1 hour before serving.  

Step 4

Grill the pork on the hot side of the grill until charred and then move to the cool side until it reaches 145 F. 

Step 5

Let the pork tenderloin rest, then cut into slices and serve with the chimichurri sauce.
