Step 1

Rinse and scrub the clams of any dirt and sand. Soak in cold water for 20 min, drain, and rinse.

Step 2

Combine all the butter sauce ingredients in a skillet and place directly on the grill for 10 min.

Step 3

Grill the clams directly on the grates, close the lid, and cook until the clams open. 

Step 4

Grill pieces of crusty sourdough bread for enjoying on the side. 

Step 5

Toss the clams and their juices with the spicy butter sauce. Serve right away.
