Step 1

Whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk together the salsa dressing and toss in the veggies and fresh herbs. Mix well and season to taste.

Step 3

Grill the salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, flip, and grill for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Top the grilled salmon with the greek salsa and feta and top with more fresh herbs before serving.
