Step 1

Blanch the green beans in salted water for 1 minute, then drain and pat dry.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a large skillet and once it's hot and foamy, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. 

Step 3

Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 

Step 4

Mix the almonds, parsley, lemon zest, parmesan, and leftover garlic butter together. 

Step 5

Lay the green beans on a platter and top with the gremolata and more parmesan cheese.
