Step 1

Shuck and remove any silk strands from the corn. Rinse well and pat dry.

Step 2

Mix all the spicy mayo ingredients together until smooth and store in the fridge. 

Step 3

Brush the corn with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 8-10 minutes. 

Step 4

Brush the warm corn with the spicy mayo and top with furikake, togarashi, cilantro, cotija, and green onion.
