Step 1

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl until well-mixed.

Step 2

Mix the cubed salmon in the marinade and marinate for 20-30 minutes, up to 8 hours. 

Step 3

While the salmon is marinating, whisk together all the ingredients for the spicy mayo.

Step 4

Remove the salmon from the marinade and spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

Step 5

Bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes, until lightly charred. 

Step 6

Build the bowls with salmon, rice, cucumber, edamame, avocado, nori, and spicy mayo.
