Step 1

Combine all the marinade ingredients together. Pour half over the steak. 

Step 2

Pour the remaining half of the marinade over the peeled and uncooked shrimp. 

Step 3

Mix together all the ingredients for the yum yum sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 4

Sear the shrimp in a hot skillet or wok for 2-3 minutes per side. 

Step 5

Sear the steak for 5 minutes or so total, until just browned. 

Step 6

Saute the veggies in the same pan in some butter until very tender. 

Step 7

Build the bowls with steak, shrimp, veggies, rice or fried rice, and top with yum yum sauce.
