Dried Shells Pasta Bacon Onion Green Chilies Half and Half Velveeta Cheese Spices Jalapeños

Step 1

Cook the diced bacon in a wide skillet until crispy and the fat has rendered. Remove from the pan. 

Step 2

Cook the onion, jalapeño, and diced green chilies until soft. Add the spices.

Step 3

Add the half and half and cubed velveeta and stir until the velveeta is melted. 

Step 4

Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Step 5

Top with more crispy bacon and sliced jalapeños. Serve immediately while warm.
