Prep the puff pastry.
Defrost the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Score a smaller rectangle inside. Set aside.
Make the filling
Blend the cream cheese with egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and almond extract until smooth.
Pipe on the filling.
Pipe the filling inside the scored rectangle. Repeat with all the pieces.
Divide cranberry sauce evenly between the danishes. Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes then drizzle with glaze and top with toasted almonds.
