Step 1

Cook the chicken. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed skillet over medium high heat and cook the chicken until browned. 

Step 2

Add the aromatics. Once the chicken is cooked, add the shallot, green onion, Thai chilies, ginger, and garlic. 

Step 3

Add the sauce. Add the sauce to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the aromatics are soft. Season to taste. 

Step 4

Serve.  Serve the larb alongside steamed rice, lettuce wraps, limes, and tons of fresh herbs like mint, cilantro, and Thai basil.
