Marinate the carne asada for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours. You can also buy pre-marinated carne asada.
Grill the meat on an outdoor grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until charred and cooked to medium.
Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy and spread out on a baking sheet.
Top the fries with the warmed refried beans and cheese and transfer to the oven until the cheese is melted.
Top the fries with the carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, pico, and cotija.
