Step 1

Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast together in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes, until foamy. 

Step 2

Mix in the eggs and dry ingredients until the dough is shaggy, then mix in the softened butter.

Step 3

Mix the dough until smooth, then transfer to a greased bowl to proof. 

Step 4

Shape the rolls in a greased 9x13 and cover for 1 hour until puffy.

Step 5

Brush the rolls with egg wash, top with flaky sea salt, and bake until golden brown.
