Step 1
Sear the beef.
Remove the bones and set aside. Cut beef into cubes and sear in a hot pot with oil until browned. Remove and set aside.

Saute aromatics.
Add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the pot. Then add the gochujang paste and cook for 3-4 min.

Return beef to the pot.
Add the beef back to the pot along with the bones and broth and bring to a simmer.

Simmer.
Cover and simmer on the stove until the beef is very tender. Shred the beef and season the broth accordingly.

Cook the noodles.
You can cook the noodles separately or directly in the ramen broth!
