Toss wings with cornstarch, spices, salt and pepper, baking powder, and olive oil. 

Lay the wings in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment. 

Bake until very crispy and browned. 

Toss the wings in the gochujang sauce and bake for another 5 minutes to bake the glaze on. 

Make the ranch by blending everything in a food processor until smooth. 

Done!

Serve the wings topped with green onions and sesame seeds with ranch on the side!
